Erroll B. Davis, Jr. has been a member of our Board of Directors since July 10, 2009. He was also a member of the Board of Old GM from 2007 to July 2009. Mr. Davis has been Superintendent for Atlanta Public Schools since July 1,2011.  He served as Chancellor of the University System of Georgia, the governing and management authority of public higher education in Georgia from 2006 until his retirement on June 30, 2011. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Davis served as Chairman of Alliant Energy Corporation, and he held the offices of President and Chief Executive Officer from 1998 to 2005.

Mr. Davis is currently a director of Union Pacific Corporation. He also served as a director of PPG Industries, Inc. (1994-2007) and BP p.l.c. (1998-2010).
