James J. Mulva served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of ConocoPhillips, an international, integrated oil and gas company until his retirement in May 2012. Mr. Mulva served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2004 and 2002, respectively and served as President from 2011 and from 2002 to 2008.

Mr. Mulva is also a director of General Electric Company.
