Thomas M. Schoewe has been a member of our Board of Directors since November 14, 2011.  Mr. Schoewe served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., from 2000 to 2010. Prior to joining Wal-Mart, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Black & Decker Corporation from 1996 to 1999 and held various other senior-level positions including, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (1993 to 1996), Vice President of Finance (1989 to 1993), and Vice President of Business Planning and Analysis (1986 to 1989).   From 1974 to 1986, Mr. Schoewe worked for Beatrice Companies, Inc., where he was Chief Financial Officer and Controller for Beatrice Consumer Durables, Inc.

Mr. Schoewe is currently a director of KKR Management LLC (the managing partner of KKR & Co. L.P.), Northrop Grumman Corporation, and PulteGroup, Inc.  Prior to its merger with Pulte Homes, Inc. (now doing business as PulteGroup, Inc.) in 2009, Mr. Schoewe served as a director for Centex Corporation since 2001.
