The Red Cross allows military members stationed all over the world to send messages to loved ones back home during an emergency or other important events. These communications are delivered around-the-clock, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Operation USO Care Packages

United Service Organizations is sending Care packages containing personal necessities and other items requested by the troops to servicemen and women stationed overseas, including military reservists who have been called to active duty. (GM employees should be sure to enter General Motors in the form as their company name, and may request that the package should go to a reservist in the "Message to the Troops" box. )
