India Science Lab
The India Science Lab (ISL) is located in Bangalore, India. ISL’s vision is to be a critical part of GM’s Global Research Network, and deliver unique innovations in areas of strategic importance to GM. ISL aims to aggressively pursue research opportunities and take advantage of high quality research skills available in India. Its mission is to develop unique expertise, to foster creativity to consistently respond to GM’s need in Key Strategic Technologies and increase the speed of innovation.
ISL has a diverse cross section of researchers of various nationalities, education and experience levels, with a wide repertoire of interdisciplinary research skills. Around 70% of the researchers hold PhD degrees and the remaining hold advanced Masters degrees in their respective areas of research.
