We respect the privacy of children, and do not collect any more personal information than reasonably necessary to enable them to participate in the activities we offer at our web site. We do not have any agreements with outside organizations to collect personal information at our site. This site complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

Electronic Greetings

GM.com/education allows visitors to send electronic greetings and messages to their friends and family. To do so, the sender must enter his or her e-mail. This is simply a function of the way the message system works. Neither the sender's nor the recipient's e-mail addresses on these postcards are retained or used for marketing purposes. Because of state laws, these postcards should not be e-mailed to Delaware residents.

At GM.com/education it is our policy to create web site content that requires minimum collection of information from our visitors. We request only the information that is required to ensure that kids can effectively join in our activities and do not condition a child's participation in an online activity on the disclosure of more information than is reasonably necessary. We never share information provided with any third party unless required to do so by law.

Use and Sharing of Information

We do not share children's personal information with anyone other than those who provide support for the internal operations of the web site and our agents (e.g., contractors who provide fulfillment services or technical support to the web site). All third parties with whom we share information have agreed to maintain security and integrity of personal information.
