Privacy Policy
Information Collected
We respect the privacy of children, and do not collect
any more personal information than reasonably necessary
to enable them to participate in the activities we offer
at our web site. We do not have any agreements with
outside organizations to collect personal information
at our site. This site complies with the U.S. Children's
Online Privacy Protection Act.
Electronic Greetings
GM.com/education allows visitors to send electronic greetings
and messages to their friends and family. To do so,
the sender must enter his or her e-mail. This is simply
a function of the way the message system works. Neither
the sender's nor the recipient's e-mail addresses on
these postcards are retained or used for marketing purposes.
Because of state laws, these postcards should not be
e-mailed to Delaware residents.
At GM.com/education it is our policy to create web site
content that requires minimum collection of information
from our visitors. We request only the information that
is required to ensure that kids can effectively join
in our activities and do not condition a child's participation
in an online activity on the disclosure of more information
than is reasonably necessary. We never share information
provided with any third party unless required to do
so by law.
Use and Sharing of Information
We do not share children's personal information with
anyone other than those who provide support for the
internal operations of the web site and our agents (e.g.,
contractors who provide fulfillment services or technical
support to the web site). All third parties with whom
we share information have agreed to maintain security
and integrity of personal information.
Links to Other Sites
Users should know that our site contains links to other
sites outside of GM.com/educaton. While these sites are
mostly GM partners on

Parents can review the information that we have collected
from their children online, prevent the further use
or maintenance of such information, or direct the deletion
