DETROIT – Today, Buick was recognized as the highest-ranking mass-market brand for customer satisfaction with dealer service, according to the J.D. Power 2014 U.S. Customer Service Index (CSI) StudySM.
Surveying service satisfaction among owners and lessees of one- to five-year-old vehicles in the United States, the CSI focuses on five service areas.
